Cassanda Shores is a lake house rental Oklahoma visitors and natives alike can appreciate. It was purchased in 2005 by a third generation general contractor who traded his last quarter horse for his first truck when he first entered the contracting business. He married his wife just out of high school and they have two beautiful daughters. The daughters came up with the name Cassanda Shores by taking the first four letters of the beginning of one of their names and the last four letters of the other’s name. The family had visited Grand Lake on a vacation and fell in love with this family estate and purchased it for retirement and a little sanity. It was formerly owned by the Koenig family, and was known as Koenig Ranch.

The current owners completed the remodel of their lake house in November of 2008, and opened up for business in 2009, offering beautiful vacation rentals. Grand Lake Oklahoma is located 7.5 miles from Sailboat Bridge in Grove, OK. What started as a retirement property soon became an idea to transform this amazingly beautiful property into a house rental Oklahoma visitors could all enjoy. The idea is to have a location where friends and family can meet, make lasting memories together, and make it a family tradition to visit us on their vacations to Grand Lake.
